Swimming Instructor and Baby Swimming Instructor

We are currently looking for an inspiring and preferably qualified swimming instructor and baby swimming instructor. We seek someone with a calm and secure approach when interacting with children and adults in the water. Good customer service, service orientation, and social skills are essential for you in your work.

About the Workplace

Lärkans family pool is a calm swimming facility that offers a family pool and a teaching pool. In addition, there is an Actic gym as well as sports facilities and sports halls. We have about 16 employees working as lifeguards, cleaners, swimming instructors, caretakers, and a booking office that manages association services.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who enjoys having a varied role with tasks such as swimming schools for children and adults, cleaning, gym instructions, as well as cash and reception work. You should be passionate about providing a pleasant encounter and service of the highest quality. Putting the customer first feels completely natural to you. As a swimming instructor, you have a welcoming demeanor, a sense of order, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. You are also passionate about cleaning and want to contribute to a pleasant, welcoming, and hygienic environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified swimming instructor and/or baby swimming instructor
• Passed swimming and lifesaving test

You are a driven and responsible person with the ability to create contact and build long-term relationships. You are structured, engaged, and unpretentious. Previous experience as a swimming instructor is considered an advantage. You should also be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends.

Employment Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment, 100%, and you will work according to a schedule both day, evening, and weekend.
